  • There is a three-month commitment upon enrollment. After the first three monthly payments, each account goes on a month-to-month plan that can be canceled at any time. The reason behind the three-month commitment is to provide a realistic timeline for finding consistency with the program and seeing results.

  • Specific meal templates will not be provided for the purpose of maintainability and preference, however, suggestions will always be offered when you need help reaching your prescribed macro targets. The reason for this is to promote clients making food choices based on personal preference that is more likely to be maintained when you are enjoying the food you are consuming to reach your macro goals.

  • Progress timelines look different for everyone due to various factors, however, the key predictor for progress and success is consistency. A three-month commitment is a great place to start for understanding and adopting compliancy and consistency to yield results. The majority of successful clients have been in the program for six months.

  • Macros First is the recommended app to use for tracking your daily intake as it syncs with the Seismic check-in software and automatically syncs your numbers at check-in making it a seamless check-in process. MyFitnessPal and other apps may be used with the program if that is your preference.

  • This program is intended to yield long-term sustainable progress. This is not a “quick fix” or fad diet program. This program is not an elimination diet, but rather a flexible dieting program that allows you to build a lifestyle and find a healthier way of living. Results are often slower and more sustainable because drastic caloric deficits are not used. Your overall health and well-being are taken into account rather than body composition markers alone. You also have a personal coach to help keep you accountable and find what works best for your lifestyle and goals. This is not a cookie-cutter program and everyone will receive a different experience that promotes individual success.

  • The Alumni Program is available to clients that have been with the program for a minimum of six months and are looking to transition toward more personal responsibility and accountability. The program is offered at a decreased price point with bi-weekly coach check-ins rather than weekly.
